SendGrid

I wonder how many of us use SendGrid. We have been temporarily blocked by Yahoo for (complaints from users).when we do not send out any Spam.. Just site related emails alerting members to messages etc.

We send our around 200,000 emails a month. We have a dedicated IP via Sendgrid, reverse DNS, Opt out links and company details on emails. In other words, we totally comply with best Mail Sender Practices.

People are lazy.. Instead of opting out, they block, mark as Spam our emails. Absolutely no problems with Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook etc.,.  Even AOL is ok with us.

Wondering who uses Sendgrid and any time someone may have for us please?

Re: SendGrid

Do you use Dmarc policy? We use this Dmarc policy in our Domain records. Since then we have a lot less trouble sending emails. I do not use sendgrid I use my own VPS to send emails
Our Dmarc policy:  "v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; pct=20; rua=mailto:spam-reports@******.be; sp=reject; aspf=r"
